HOW LONG WILL MY PARCEL TAKE TO ARRIVE?
DISPATCH TIMES:
We print everything individually to order, and we're a small company. Usually your order will be in the post within 7 working days, but sometimes it takes a little longer: up to 10 days.
You'll need to also factor in the additional time your parcel will spend in the postal system.
Check your spam: If your order is taking a while and you haven't heard from us, check your spam folder as we always drop you an email if there's an additional delay like a colour or size shortage. Sometimes computers are a little over enthusiastic in screening out unwanted emails and our updates get lost in the mix.
POSTAL DELIVERY TIMES
- Once printed and dispatched, items to the UK are sent by Royal Mail First Class. We cannot guarantee the delivery times of the Royal Mail.
- Items to Europe are sent by Royal Mail International Standard. Some EU countries will have delays when parcels enter local customs or mailing systems. Between 3 and 17 days is fairly typical with parcels to Europe.
- Delivery times to the rest of the world can vary greatly by country. These are sent by Royal Mail International Standard. However, many countries will take longer than this, and some countries will have delays when parcels enter local customs or mailing systems. Deliveries to the USA and Canada typically take around 14 days. Deliveries to Australia and New Zealand can take a full month.

Within the UK:

- This is an untracked service
- If you require the security of a tracked service, or a specific delivery date, please email us on sales@scarfmonkey.com
International orders:
- Your order will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard
- This is an untracked service
- A single t-shirt is charged at the cost of a large letter, multiple t-shirts can only be sent as a small parcel and therefore cost more

WHAT IF MY PARCEL DOESN'T ARRIVE?
- We obtain proof of posting from the Royal Mail for all orders. If you wish to be sent a scan of your proof of posting, send us an email requesting a scan
- We do not accept responsibility, or pay compensation, for lost orders once they have entered the UK postal service
